Abstract
Ovarian pregnancy is a rare entity of ectopic implantation. Its incidence after natural conception varies from 1 in 70001 to 1 in 16000 deliveries. It accounts for 1-3 of all ectopic gestations2. We are presenting a case of ovarian pregnancy which was carried upto the end of first trimester.
