Assessment of competitiveness in the sphere of housing and communal services

The features of the housing and communal services of the Russian Federation that exert a decisive influence on the development of competition in the housing and communal services are considered. Assessment of the competitiveness of management companies as a component of their rating becomes the basis for the selection of these companies by residents in the competition for the management of buildings. Attention is paid to the evaluation of the production and economic potential of the enterprise, which involves several stages and is the basis for developing an algorithm for managing the organization's potential, in the sphere of housing and communal services.
