Problems of the establishment of the Institute of the Childrens Ombudsman in the Russian Federation on the example of the Omsk Region

As we see, each direction in which the Children's Ombudsman operates is certainly significant in improving the situation of the rights and interests of the child in the Omsk region. It is worth noting the tendency to increase the confidence of the authorities and the public in this human rights mechanism, which is facilitated by the direct direct interaction of the Commissioner in various forms with public authorities, educational institutions, public organizations, children and their parents. And this directly gives an opportunity to expand the existing areas of work to achieve success in protecting the world of childhood.
