Problems of qualification of deliberate infliction of death to a person in a medical facility in the use of the victims organs or tissues for transplantation

In this paper the problems of criminal law aspects of transplantology are touched upon. Within this research paper collisions of legislation in the field of transplantation of man’s organs and tissues are analized. Some possible ways of solution of the problems are suggested here.
