Abstract

The pres ent s tudy was des igned to center around emotion meas urement is s ues by line number es timations techniques and the relations hip of anger and fear emotions with apprais al dimens ion. Study made an attempt to identify the interval (0 interval and 24 hours interval) and emotion e ffect on line, number es timations . Data were collected fro m the U.G. s tudents; subject has to respond on their pas t emotional e xperiences on the bas is of apprais al dimens ion, by line and number es timation techniques . In -depth interview with res pondents ’ generated des criptive data. The data were analyzed with the help of multivariate analys is of variance (MANOVA). In the pres ent s tudy effect of interval was not found on apprais al dimens ion and line, number es timat ions . Emot ions were invers ely proportional to all variables . Fear e mot ion condition is effective for the subject respons es , there were s ix differences found on any dimens ions . The pres ent s tudy als o found the one type of interaction effects . Interaction effect of interval x e motion was s ignificant in three dimens ion. The findings of study have important imp lications for the meas urement of e motions that how emotion meas ure in a better way by the magnitude s cale. The res earch als o s hows the relations hip of e motions with the apprais al dime ns ions .
