Abstract
The issues of diagnostics of nitrogenous metabolism peculiarities at different terms of pregnancy and the forecast of its course at pregnancy at teenage age are especially relevant. The transmethylation reactions, which are carried out at direct participation of sulfur free amino acids, are necessary for DNA repairer, gene introduction and silencing, fight against infections, neutralization of hormones and xenobiotics. Defects of methylation accompany the chronic fatigue syndrome, sleep disturbance, anxiety, neuropathy. The comparative analysis of quantitative content of sulfur free amino acids in blood serum and first void urine at 261 pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy is carried out. The pregnant women have been divided into 2 groups. The main group has included 126 pregnant women aged 13-18 years, and in control group there is 135 pregnant women aged 19-25. The obtained data were statistically processed by t-test method. The results have shown that disturbance of methionine metabolism leads to serious heritable diseases, homocysteine is a nonspecific indicator of health level, and usage of taurine is important in assessment of level of adaptation of an organism to the stress stimulations.
