Abstract
This paper analyses the three kinds of electrodynamics: Maxwell's, Parker's and Moffat's one, as well as the applied geomagnetism dynamics. Their profound consistency when explaining the effects observed in the magnetic field of the Earth's atmosphere has been revealed. Some examples of systems of electric currents in the Ionosphere and in F-zone of the Earth's liquid kernel are presented. The deviation of the geomagnetic axis from the Earth's rotation axis has been explained. This deviation is caused by the peculiar focusing by the non-force magnetic field of the magnetic field of toroidal currents in F-zone of the liquid kernel.
