PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIMENT OF THE PROBLEM OF FUNDAMENTALIZATION OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE ECONOMIES

Abstract

Introduction. Fundamentalization of education on a modern basis serves as a prerequisite for educational reforms. Economic vocational education is no exception. Purpose. Covering the main results of the pedagogical experiment on the problem of fundamentalization of the training of future economists. Methods. a) theoretical - analysis of psychological, scientific and pedagogical literature on the research problem; b) empirical - pedagogical observation, questioning, pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical statistics for the processing of the obtained results. Results. The pedagogical experiment, which consisted in checking the hypothesis of the research and confirmation of the effectiveness of the pedagogical system developed by us for the fundamentalization of the training of future economists, was carried out in four stages: analyticalqualitative, search, molding, and final. The analytical and staging stage of the pedagogical experiment made it possible to identify the factors that should be taken into account when constructing the concept and model of the fundamentalization of the training of future economists: - mathematization of knowledge on an integrative basis (integration of mathematical and professional training of future economists in the form of integrated disciplines); - motivation of students' educational activity; - technology of training of future economists of higher educational institutions; - training based on a competent approach; - informatization of educational process of professional training of future economists of higher educational institution. The forming experiment was intended to have a purposeful impact on the studied, that is, students-economists, in order to create, develop certain qualities, skills, namely, the fundamentalization of their professional training, as well as the study of the impact of our methodology on the level of fundamentalization of the training of future economists. The task of the forming experiment: - generalization of the results of the search experiment; - introduction into the educational process of our developed pedagogical system of fundamentalization of professional training of future economists; - publication of scientific and methodological works in professional editions of Ukraine and in publications registered in scientific databases. The final stage of the pedagogical experiment envisaged the statistical processing of the data obtained in the results of the experiment on the fundamentalization of the training of future economists. The conclusions were formulated. Originality. For the first time a pedagogical experiment was conducted on the problem of fundamentalization of the training of future economists. The essence of each of the stages is determined. The criteria of fundamentalization of professional training of future economists (criteria of motivational-value, operational-cognitive component, fundamentalism) are proposed; Conclusion. The results of the pedagogical experiment showed a positive dynamics of the level of formation of professional competences and mastery of the methods of theoretical knowledge, increasing the level of motivation of students to study and the quality of knowledge acquisition in general. To verify the reliability of our findings, the Wilcoxon-Mana-Whitney criterion and criterion were used.
