The publication examines and analyses the evolution of the concept of forced labor, the Red Terror organized by Latvian Peter Stuchka, the capture (even peaceful) of the hostages made by the Stuchka regime and their deliveries to Russia, Stuchka's practically organized concentration camps, The Worker (Red) Guard with terrible and inhumane actions.
