Features of the formation of a quality management system in railway transport in modern conditions

The article is devoted to the formation of a quality management system at transport enterprises, including railway transport. It is determined that the process of quality management for rail transport should be targeted and long-term and take into account the specifics of the functioning of the industry in the current conditions of management. It is proved that the formation of consumer qualities of transport services affects the development of the enterprise and industry in a market economy through the creation of a competitive product. It was noted that the personnel of the railway transport enterprises have a significant influence on the formation and development of the quality management system.
