Abstract

Abstract This study represents a literature review of previously used gamification practices in IT and ITES industries in organizational learning and gradually evolution of those practices. The purpose of this study is two fold: 1.) to set the importance of augmented reality applications in industries 2.) to determine the future roadmap of game thinking in organizational learning introducing augmented reality process in leadership learning such as- time management, resource management, to build interpersonal relation, soft skill training etc. Prevailing leadership training theories will be applied to use augmented reality game thinking in organizational learning. Beyond that some new methodologies will be added to it.
