Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of a special technology of pedagogical support, which requires the teacher to manage the dynamics of student personality development. The task of pedagogical support is to establish the necessary balance, to correlate differently directed interests and goals and their specific carriers — the teacher and the student, making decisions regarding the possibility of assistance, cooperation.
