Ensuring labor protection in rail transport for the carriage of flammable substances

The article is devoted to the study of the system of labor protection in rail transport, the basic normative-legal acts regulating the main mechanism of implementation of the policy of protection of workers. The analysis of the main problems of functioning of a control system by labor protection. Identified the need to improve the management system of occupational safety with the aim of reducing occupational injuries, minimizing the negative impact on the human body harmful factors. As one of such measures was asked to move to a new method of management of labor protection (OT) – mechanism of occupational risk management with regard to timely identify, investigate, factors of danger, develop predictive data of occurrence of minor injuries and incidents.
