Fraud using electronic means of payment: fiction or reality?

This article addresses a number of issues related to fraud, using electronic means of payment. The author provides a regulatory framework reflecting the legislative trend in the changes and additions of Article 159.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes both the previous version and the current version of Article 159.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
