Diagnosis and development of the emotional sphere and mental resilience of employees of EMERCOM of Russia

The article is devoted to the problem of using socio-psychological training in the development of emotional sphere and neuropsychological stability of the Russian Ministry of emergency situations. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to develop these qualities of employees of power structures, whose activities are associated with many factors that lead to professional deformation. Reflects the dynamics of development of individual properties of employees of EMERCOM of Russia in the process of developing training. According to the results, repeated diagnostics was carried out, as a result of which it was concluded about the dynamics, as well as changes in the level of neuropsychological stability and professional reliability of the subjects. The results of the study can be used by psychologists of law enforcement agencies in the provision of advice and support for the activities of professional contingents.
