Strategic management and technological innovation in the social integrators projects of local governments

The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between strategic management and technological innovation in social integrators projects of local government . The variables were based with contributions from David (2008), Serna (2008), Gaynor (2007) García (2007), among others. Methodologically it was contextualized in quantitative positivist epistemological trend -correlacional descriptive, with field design, not experimental, transeccional. The population consisted of 4 directors, students 395 and 7 mayoralties. A questionnaire report containing 81 items and five answer choices was designed. The validity of the instrument was determined through technical expert judgment; and by Cronbach threw values 0.89. the statistical method of the two halves was used, giving a value of 0.81 for reliability. It is concluded, there is a perfect positive correlation for sources of information, saying it is essential to strengthen strategic management, which means each of the processes and components, achieve support technological innovation within the institution, therefore, is essential to stay in the market consider both the elements and the process of innovation, generating projects that contribute to the advancement of society within which it is immersed. It is recommended that strategic plans linked to the projects integrators partner employees by the institution, must be long-term, which must be constituted by a succession of intermediate stages that give viability strategies and the mission.
