Abstract
Corporative reputation is a value hard to create , but very easy to lose. This aspect is the same in the traditional world as in the virtual scene. The corporate image formation is influenced by numerous factors, although, currently Internet amplify this social effects, positive or negative . This influence of Internet, once quantified, may monitored for the enterprise advantage.
