Resource Allocation for Multi-Cell OFDMA Based Downlink Network.

This paper presents best method for management of resource allocation to OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)based multi cells which are subjected to Inter Cell Interference (ICI) from adjacent cells.
