Abstract
In this paper, a formula for solutions of a solvable standard quadratic congruence of even composite modulus as a product of two odd primes and Four is discovered. It solves the problem directly. It saves time in calculation. No need to use Chinese Remainder Theorem. This is the merit of the paper.
