Abstract
This paper concerns with the study of an emerging residential suburb from Pune, by analyzing the current situation and identifying its problems. The Physical survey and study of urban form from Model Colony shows that predominant use of land is for residential purpose and there is less availability of land for recreational as well as for public purpose.
