These Works also advocate single management as a political system (monarchy). In these works sultan, state, public and folk were often resorted with metaphors. The shadow of the Almighty, the shepherd, the captain of the ship, gardener, tree trunk, the sun are the metaphors used for the sultan; as to the state; lot, ship, tree, garden, etc. metaphorical expressions are used.
