Abstract
As the traditional filtering methods may cause the problem of blur when applied on stripe-lihike images, this paper raised a new method intending to solve the problem, and provided the process of the method development. The method, based on genetic algorithms as well as two-dimensional Fourier transform, offered a new perspective to denoise an image with abundant components of high frequency, and is of certain significance.
