Abstract
All aspects of social and economic development in food-energy-health-environment context are water dependent. Since these activities affect the quantity and quality of water; problems such as how water is allocated, managed and used are on the agenda. Depending on population growth; rising demand on resources, regional water supply for irrigation, energy production, industrial uses and domestic purposes poses a threat to the environment. Accelerating and often unpredictable changes create new uncertainties for water; administrators embark on a solutions quest to identify increasing risks and create new opportunities. When we look at water reality in terms of risk and uncertainty, sustainable tools and approaches should be adopted with a global concern; water administrators and community, as well as political and commercial leaders, should be aware of this problem and be involved in the solution-oriented participation mechanism. A long-term sustainable change is needed for everyone, without being occurred these risks for water.
