AHP-TOPSIS YÖNTEMLERİ ENTEGRASYONU İLE POLİKLİNİK DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: ANKARA’DA BİR UYGULAMA

Nowadays it is important to determine the performance of the hospitals because of the possibility of selecting hospitals and doctors by patients. For the performance evaluation, different methods can be used as well as multi-criteria decision making methods in which both numerical and verbal expressions and positive and negative situations can be considered together. In this study, cardiovascular surgeons' polyclinics were evaluated by AHP and TOPSIS methods. The criteria used in the evaluation of the hospital were determined as hospital physician information, cleanliness and physical conditions, general hospital information and hospital image considering the expert opinions and the studies in the literature. The weights of the criteria were determined by AHP method and the order by TOPSIS method was done. At the end of the study, the most appropriate hospital was identified.
