Abstract
Nowadays the humanizing of the science, deep changes took place in the society, the innovation of public mind ascertained the language as a priceless value.
The place of Kazakh Republic as the subject of international relations, getting the state status of Kazakh language considers representatives of linguistic associations to learn the state language. Also, Kazakh language is taught as an obligation subject in genera and higher education.
