FEATURES OF BUSINESS-PROCESSES MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Abstract
The urgency of implementation of the process approach to management of the agricultural organization was proved due to the strengthening of competition in the agro-food market. The essence and necessity of realization of the process approach to management of agricultural enterprises are considered. In the current conditions, changing the business environment of an enterprise, which organizational structure is based on functional and hierarchical principles, can not provide an adequate effective response to changes and develop appropriate measures for the organization and implementation of entrepreneurial activities. In these conditions, the process approach to management is one of the most effective ways to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. The main categories of classification of business processes of the enterprise are considered. Improving the efficiency of agribusiness enterprises is based on an analysis of the effectiveness of business processes;identification of specific, problematic and key business processes of the agroindustrial complex, identifying the causes of inefficient management of the functions and processes of the enterprise, identifying resource and intellectual opportunities for implementation of methods for improving business processes; calculation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures, control and implementation. Features of business processes of agricultural enterprises were identified: a sequence of technologically interrelated actions; specificity of the resources used at the input; output product is: a resource, a matter of vital necessity and then it plays a strategic role in food security of the population. The paper summarizes the main directions of improvement of business processes and their application in agricultural organizations. The principles of improving the management of business processes are defined: the minimum number of participants in the process; the singular control over the business process, reducing the share of approvals; parallel execution of managerial functions; typification of processes; simplification of processes: decreasing the number of inputs, combining works; increasing the autonomy of business processes and others.
