Abstract
In article illustrate problems are related to the impact of demographic factors on the economy, which are called demo-economic, in particular upon the reduction of internal demand, enhancement of the expenditures of the state budget in the RA. The demographic factors had a direct impact upon the economic situation of Armenia. The decrease of the number of population as a result of birth rate decrease and migration entailed the reduction of internal demand which in its turn elicited a reduction of the expenditures of households envisaged for the purchase of the final products. The reduction of the expenditures of households envisaged for the purchase of the final products and the gross revenue of the companies also contributed to a reduction of demand for imported goods and services, and led to negative growth rates of gross fixed asset accumulation. The demographic situation is also characterized by the aging of the population which would entail increase of state expenditures and consequently budget deficit and in case of negative growth of demand of population; the reduction of investments would provoke further worsening of the demographic and economic situation.
