DEVELOPMENT OF METHODICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSMENT OF COORDINATION OF REGION ECONOMIC INTERESTS IN VECTOR TRIANGULATION METHOD

The article deals with methodological approaches to the assessment of the coordination of economic interests of the region. The contradictions between the urgent need to ensure the economic growth of the regional economy and the possibilities of coordination the economic interests of the subjects determine the relevance of the research. Based on the analysis of the proposed methods and approaches to the definition of criteria for assessing the coordination of economic interests, it has been established that the whole set of proposed methods can be divided into three main blocks: methods of linear and nonlinear programming in the economy; statistical methods of decision-making in economics and methods of making decisions on game theory with elements of computer simulation. It is established that the main drawbacks of existing methods are: the formalization of the approach to solving the task of coordinating the interests of different parties; adaptation of existing methods to the needs of a particular industry, sphere; the impossibility of applying variously measurable indicators; the impossibility of presenting a multidimensional description of the state of the region, which corresponds to the existing position of coherence of economic interests of the subjects. Given the foregoing, a new approach to assessing the coordination of the economic interests of the region with the method of vector triangulation – the construction of a three-dimensional measurement of economic state (TTES) – is proposed, which makes it possible to increase the visibility of economic analysis; display simultaneously the connections of economic parameters in one image; eliminate the impossibility of carrying out an analysis of objects with different quantities of measured (calculated) parameters; to increase the informativeness of the quantitative assessment of the state of objects; use vector calculus, well-worked out in computer technology, allows using an automated calculation algorithm; to transform the economic research of quantitative parameters into the processing of visual images (which will increase the speed, depth, adequacy of the forecast). Based on the use of the proposed model, the integral indicator of the e of coordination of economic interests of the regions of Ukraine was calculated. The results of the calculations give assurance in the verification, reliability and accuracy as well as predictability of the model.
