Abstract
The paper covers one of Ukrainian judicial system reform aspects considering it as a necessary step to European integration. The main problem of judicial system reform is that some judges lack procedural powers. It leads to the absence of law enforcement in some parts of the country. The paper analyzes the current legislation of Ukraine in comparison with European standards putting emphasis on the situation occurring as a result of considerable changes in legal structure. The author arrives at conclusion of the necessity of legal system considerable refinement in the aspect of order establishing of judges training and retraining.
