TREATMENT OF BEDSORES (COMPLICATED BY PURULENT SWADDLING) OF SOFT TISSUES: AUTHOR'S VIEWS OF THE PROBLEM

We improved the complex treatment of purulent soft-tissue soft bedsores of stages III and IV with colliquative necrosis complicated by purulent shadows (swaddling, pockets), the creation of a sequence of necrectomy measures and the installation of local antiseptic remedyes in the liniment form in the areas of purulent swaddling to accelerate wound healing from residual purulent-necrotic masses and the use of ointment bandages in postoperative period. Some technical measures for the use of antiseptic drugs in the form of solutions and water-soluble liniments, their relation for the installation in the contrapertur and purulent swaddling are proposed: liniments of chloramphenicol, polyvidoniodine and 10% solution of lidocaine in a proportional of 2 m l: 2 ml : 2 ml; installation in the main wound of the liniment of chloramphenicol and polyvidoniodine in proportional ratio 1/1 and tamponade for accelerating cleansing the wound, granulation and creation of the possibility of technical execution of plastics of the formed defect. Good clinical results of testing, which allow accelerated wound granulation for 2-3 days (from 19-25 to 16-22 days postoperative period) in comparison with the standard scheme of treatment and the process of cleansing the wound for plastic closure of the wound defect are some criteria for effectiveness and economic expediency.
