CHINESE AS A COMPONENT OF PUBLIC DIPLOMACY OF CHINA

In recent years large states have begun to emphasize soft power in the international relations. So - called public diplomacy changes world geopolitics today, large and small players work at improvement of country im- age, using different elements of public diplomacy, including media, sport and culture. China seriously engage in public diplomacy and even at the state level it is fixed as the main direction of China. For Ch ina the most important element of public diplomacy implementation is the Chinese language. As the most important component of public diplomacy China develops networks and possibilities of studying of Chinese worldwide by different methods and mechanisms.
