Abstract
The complete unity of fundamental mathematical constants (FMC) and initial functions (IF) can be obtained in the bound aries of mathematical logic and universal mathematical axiomatics. FMC and IF turn out to be a result of solving the system of functional equations, which are related with fundamental properties of the whole num- bers set. By means of FMC, including the new constant ա , some “inaccessible” numerical problems of physical theory are attainable.
