Abstract
ABSTRACT Mobile devices connected to more than radio devices at same time mobile devices transmit and receive traffic to multiple paths. Its helps to enhance the mobile device data rate and enhance the network honesty. Load balancing between multiple paths became a crucial element to avert network congestion, though it requires effective strategies to part activity without including more postponement or creating excessively packet reordering for delay sensitive traffic. We address two key issues with regards to the most effective method to precisely part activity among numerous ways and decrease the end to end delay without increasing packet reordering. We propose Delay Aware Load Balancing Algorithm (DALBA), a novel system that parts movement at the granularity of packet. DALBA intends to limit the part mistake and the end to-end delay distinction by adequately utilizing all the accessible ways. We break down DALBAs execution through broad recreations utilizing H.264 video activity. Numerical outcomes show that DALBA beats previous procedure of splitting errors, end-to-end delay and peak signal to noise proportion while keeping packet reodering to an appropriate low value.
