Abstract
The article deals with the necessity of transition of organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the list approach of benefits and compensation for harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions to the granting of benefits and compensation for actual working conditions, confirmed by the results of certification of production facilities.
