Abstract
The purpose of the authors' article is to analyze the new paradigms of education in the period of a new information society based on a combination of traditional and the newest methods while teaching the courses "intellectual property", "intellectual property protection" and the introduction of innovative teaching technologies to the studying process while teaching these disciplines in order to join Ukraine to the common, civilizational and educational range. Methodology. Ensuring of the development of a intellectual property teaching system on the basis of teaching courses and systems, intellectual computer and distance learning technologies. Results. Using of innovative technologies, deepening of the teachers' competence, gaining their experience in the sphere of development of the latest educational technologies. Scientific novelty. Rethinking of the educational process and the modernization of education, the development and introduction in the educational process, along with traditional, innovative pedagogical systems and technologies of new standards of education and programs which aimed to teaching students who are not specialized in the field of IP, the formation of basic competencies while teaching "intellectual property". Practical significance. The use of modern educational technologies for improvement of the methods of mastering the knowledge of the course "intellectual property", achieve more qualitative assimilation of the material. Conclusions. The teaching of intellectual property at the technical HEE of the civil engineering branches is extremely important for the formation of a new technical elite in a new information society. The success of the introduction of new teaching methods is achieved through the combination of modern technical training tools with traditional, when three educational technologies are organically combined: traditional education, distance learning and online education. Holders of innovative consciousness who actively use modern educational technologies and combine them with classical methods of teaching should be teachers of HEE. Educational technologies while teaching intellectual property should include the scientific content of the discipline, scientific data, and teach students how to self-master knowledge, their replenishment and improvement. Due to the basic methodological principles of learning the discipline "intellectual property", opportunities are increasing to achieve higher quality assimilation of the material increase and have the guaranteed results of the preparation of qualitative specialists for the civil engineering branch of Ukraine.
