SMOOTHING AGENT HOMOGENIZER OF POLYMER MELTS ON THE BASIS OF A DISK EXTRUDER

In this paper, an analysis of the cascade extrusion scheme for the processing of polymeric materials is carried out. The use of a disk extruder as a melter of a homogenizer is justified. An analysis is made of experimental studies of the dependence of productivity on the rotational speed of the disk. The performed analysis of the dependence of productivity on the temperature of the melt. An analysis of experimental studies of the dependence of melt temperature on the size of the working gap is also considered.
