Abstract
Dissecting aortic aneurysm is an important part in structure potential fatal nosologies. Timely diagnosis at an early stage is a difficult question. Nonspecific clinical picture and low posibility of using hightech studies in the primary contact with the patient dictates the need to maximize the use of available diagnostic measures. There will be shown personal example of detection of subacute bundle of aneurysm of the descending aorta. The principal possibility of transthoracic echocardiography in a highly specific diagnosis of this disease is shown in this article.
