Abstract
A dentist is also a healthcare professional providing oral care to the patient, as does a physician. It is responsibility of dentist while practicing, to maintain a certain standard of service he or she is providing. For this, there is set of principles of professional conduct and all dentists should adhere to these priniciples when fulfilling their duties to patients, public, profession and colleagues.
