Abstract
The article contains results a comparative quality assessment of condensed dairy canned sold in the city of Kharkiv. Were investigated organoleptic indicators of quality namely, consistency, color, taste and smell. In order to identify non-dairy fat in the samples of condensed canned milk was conducted a luminescent analysis. It is established samples that meet the requirements of DSTU and are recommended to consume by ordinary citizens.
