Strategic guidelines of competitive education in Ukraine

Identification of the level of education by resource indicators was carried out in accordance with the modern methodology of integral estimation with dynamic weight coefficients and scientific justification of the threshold value vector by the "t-test" method. The main threats and the importance of their impact on the level of education are identified. Strategic scenarios for the sustainable development of education up to 2025 have been developed with the help of adaptive regulatory methods for monitoring and determining the effectiveness of macroeconomic policies.
