Abstract
In the article the features of functioning of coal-mining enterprises from the point of view of organization of marketing activity are investigated. The essence of the concept «marketing activity of coal-mining enterprise» is specified, taking into account the specifics of its performance and detected changes and development trends of the institutional environment.
It has been found that e-commerce should become a factor in improving the efficiency of the organization of marketing activity of coal enterprises. In order to stimulate the further development of e-commerce in Ukraine, it is expedient to expand payment methods; use «electronic» money; implement innovative financial tools for marketing activity (for example, online lending); apply the principles of smart-logistics. As a result of the study, the directions of improving the organization of marketing activity of coal enterprises using digital technologies are defined.
