Political and Security Opportunities Islamic Republic of Iran through Permanent Membership in Shanghai Cooperation Organization based on Swot Model

Abstract
In the 1990s formed wide wave that was a sign of the interest of all countries towards the participation of international organizations at the regional level. The Islamic Republic of Iran was also including countries where there was a special interest to join international organizations. End of the cold war it brings think of this thought which regional organizations forms 21st century blocks. Shanghai cooperation organization is as a regional organization very powerful in Asia looking for political, security and economic goals. Iran since 2005 that goes to observer membership Shanghai cooperation organization; has done its attempt for being full membership in this organization. The purpose of this article is check political-security opportunities of Islamic Republic of Iran by subscribing to Shanghai cooperation organization according to SWOT strategic management model. The question of this article is that how to explain Iran's security and political opportunities by joining the Shanghai cooperation organization based on Swat's analytical model. The reasoning of this research that is due to the abilities of Iran in the security and political arena in the area and the international system; while the organization can use of Iran's ability in the field of security and politics; it comes into existence there are many opportunities for the Islamic Republic of Iran.
