Abstract
Corporate culture is an important aspect of the development of the organization. The concept of cor- porate culture is shown in the most important element of the internal environment. The characteristics of a cor- porate culture can help or deter opposition at the time of changes in the organization. The description and results of the conducted research are presented in the article. With the help of the Organizational Cultural Assessment Instrument of K. Cameron and R. Quinn the type of the comparative culture of the studied company, its' weak and strong features are identified. The level of development of corporate culture raises the question of the need for major changes within the organization. The findings presented in this paper can be used in practice to im- prove the performance of employees
