Abstract
The topicality of concerned problems is connected with insufficient development of the system of the rising generation upbringing in marginal families. Peculiarities of familiarizing of children with family values, tolerance to various nations are not studied. Scientific novelty lies in the fact that very complicated questions of marginality of a modern Russian family, modern society, and importance of family values in conditions of the multicultural environment are brought up. The material presented in the article has theoretical and practical importance. The theoretical importance is in the fact that the topicality of such problem as family values formation at youth in conditions of multicultural environment is raised. Practical importance is revealed through the possibility of use of research results in establishment of tolerant relations in a family and the society.
