THE PRINCIPLE OF ADVANCED TEACHING AS AN IMPORTANT ASPECT OF PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract
In the paper, the issue of the managerial activity of the modern teacher is considered in the framework of pedagogical management concept and in particular, the principles of advanced teaching are determined. According to the method of advanced teaching, the entire effective organization of teaching is aimed at activating, developing the thinking activity of a student and the ability to independently acquire knowledge in cooperation with other students, i.e. at selfdeveloping. The paper notes that the application of the principles of advanced teaching makes it possible to change the relationship between teacher and student, turning them into equal partners.
