Abstract

In civil law, legal relations vary like other social phenomena, they change, form, cease. This is due to the fact that the basic legal norms are provided and established by the state in direct dependence on a number of conditions that are in constant dynamics. The object of legal relations itself affects the general legal relationship, is subject to appropriate changes. At the moment, the problem of the object of legal relationship is among the most controversial. In this case, the monistic concept in the form of a single object, which is affected by the relationship, can recognize the behavior of the subjects. The theory of "action" was widely spread within the monistic direction. In this paper, we consider the main characteristics of the monistic theory of the object of the legal relationship, reflect the main differences and its similarities with the pluralistic theory of the object of the legal relationship.
