Abstract
Algerian-Libyan relations were not always good; relations between them went through several stages under the rule in Libya Muammar Gaddafi. Relations between the two countries ranged from periods of intense tension to quiet relations in other periods. Gaddafi, who tried to influence as much as possible in any African arena that he could achieve in order to play any role in imposing his presence and interests on the African arena. Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, with all his desire, could not get to the center of Algeria, President Huari Boumediene seasoning because of the rigidity of the President of Algeria. That's why the Libyan colonel is trying to establish good relations with Algeria.
