Abstract
The consumer is the focus of marketing efforts. The Modern Marketing Concept spell out the real significance of buyer behaviour. It tries to solve the basic problems of consumers in area of consumption. Solving such consumption problems of consumers warrants thorough understanding of such problems. It involves concentrated efforts to understand the very buying process and all the factors influencing it. Further, consumer behaviour is dynamic. To study , analyse and interpret the even changing consumer behaviours, so that the study for the purpose of making sound decisions in consumer buying behaviour. The study of shopping behaviour takes us to the roots of why a consumer has positive or negative predisposition. This study found that the how the consumers shop and satisfied and all. It helps to the Reliance Mart to introduce new marketing strategies and more facilities to the consumers and to earn (potential) new consumers.
