LASER THERAPY IN THE COMPLEX CORRECTION OF FUNCTIONAL RENAL-HEPATIC DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH NEPHROLITHIASIS, COMPLICATED ACUTE SECONDARY PYELONEPHRITIS

The article analyzes the results of conservative treatment of acute inflammatory process of the upper urinary tract against the background of urolithiasis with the use of laser therapy sessions, as one of the sparing organ-preserving methods of treatment of subcompensated renal-hepatic disorders. The effectiveness of low-intensity laser radiation in the complex correction of endogenous intoxication and restoration of the functional parameters of the organs of the detoxification system is shown.
