Abstract
The energy approach was applied to represent the coprocapacity as the maximum permissible change in the total flow of the biological conversion of energy of complex landscapes. A general mathematical model has been developed to determine the coprocapacity of consortive protective ecotones. The coprocapacity of consortive protective ecotones has been determined. It is found that the quality of plantations is advisable to evaluate by using two indicators: viability and protective efficiency. The areas of implementation of the proposed approach have been outlined.
